Harold R. Miller Biography

Harold R. Miller has been a licensed Private Investigator in California since 1977. Prior to obtaining his license, he worked for several private investigation agencies, gaining experience in practical surveillance, with and without camera, film and video applications, records research, asset search and insurance fraud. He has also worked for more than six years in Idaho as the Chief Investigator for the Public Defender offices in Jerome County and Twin Falls County. He was the only private investigator certified by the 5th and 6th District Courts of Idaho to work investigation defense in murder cases.

Prior to his civilian investigation training, he was with a branch of the National Security Agency. The elements of that work are still classified Top Secret. It is through this association that he made a number of friends who avail themselves when called on for help in several countries.

Although Harold R. Miller specializes in certain fields, he is well trained in all phases of investigation, and has successfully performed investigations for individual clients as well as major companies and corporations. Discretion, sophistication and tenacity are the words by which he is known in the field.
